It’s been a while, but a new review is finally here. I was at a local store to pick up a few cans of Kronan vit when I saw something new – Swave Tropic Spritz. I know for a fact that I’ve seen it somewhere online, but I’m not sure where. So, I had to pic up a can just to give it a try. This nicotine pouch is made by Swedish Gotlandssnus which also makes Jakobssons and Qvitt.
Swave Tropic Spritz is a nicotine pouch with a real tropical taste, who could have guessed? Either way, I bought it so – let’s review it!
Smell
When you open the can you will be met by a pretty strong tropical smell. It’s actually not as bad or chemical as the other nicotine pouches I’ve tried. It pretty much smells like some sort of tropical drink, something with pineapple. I’d say this one actually smells pretty good, so that’s nice!
Taste
So, this is a product that pretty much has the same taste as it smells. In this case, that’s a good thing if you ask me. I think many flavoured nicotine pouches are way too intense when it comes to the taste, this one has a lot of taste, it’s just not too intense. I would say that this is one of the better nicotine pouches I’ve tried so far. Just as I said about the smell, it’s like some sort of tropical drink or soda.
How long does the taste last?
I would say this one actually stays for a while. 20 minutes at least, so pretty good. It kinda fades away in a natural way. This can ran out faster than I though because I liked it more than I thought I would. There is actually not too much to say here, the taste maybe lasted a tiny bit longer than I expected.
The pouch
This nicotine pouch has a great high-quality feel to it. It actually seems like most nicotine pouches do, so this might not be something unqiue after all. Not too big, not too small, I liked it.
Strenght
The strenght is 3 out of 4. However, I didn’t feel any real difference from my regular snus Kronan vit, which is 2 out of 4. For me this is a good thing, I’m not looking for a buzz when I use snus. Since this is stronger than the snus i usually use, I’m sure it would meet my daily need for nicotine. I never used this on it’s own for a whole day, so I can’t say for sure how that would make me feel.

All in all, I’d say this is something you should try if you’re into nicotine pouches. Maybe even if you’re more into snus but want something to mix it up with now and then. The taste was great and didn’t feel too artificial. Not too intense, great feel to the pouch itself and a good strenght. I might actually buy this again when I get the chance. I will most likely not buy this for daily use since I’m more into classic snus with the tobacco taste.
